All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

2. Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery

We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States. There are no minimum purchase requirements for free shipping.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your package directly on the carrier's website. Please allow up to 24 hours after shipment for the tracking information to become active and update.

4. Shipping Zones & Carriers

Nexova currently ships exclusively within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Lost or Delayed Packages
